The general objective and purpose of the African Community Exchange (ACE) is to design, develop, implement, evaluate, and support programs and projects for the social and economic development of Africa; to canvass and solicit government, private, business, and international sources to obtain funding and other resources for projects implemented or supported by ACE and its collaborating partners in Africa.

The continent of Africa has a continuing need for development assistance, specifically funding and professional expertise. ACE plans to focus on projects and services associated with social, health, educational, economic, and environmental concerns.

The potential beneficiaries or recipients of the products and services to be provided by ACE are a broadspectrum of government and civil service agencies, local non-governmental organizations and institutions, and communities. ACE's goal is to provide products and services directed towards;

• Capacity building for increased productivity
